妇产科腹腔镜手术中护理干预的应用分析

Application of nursing in laparoscope surgery in gynaecology department

目的:此次研究主要围绕腹腔镜手术在妇产科治疗中引用后,其护理干预应用科学性研究。方法:此次研究针对2016年1-12月间来我院妇产科进行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者128例,依据个人意愿分为护理组与比对组,分别进行常规护理及护理干预,观察两组患者治疗情况。结果:经数月护理及观察后,护理组成员均未出现相应并发症,并在出院后顺利康复;相对的,比对组中有11例出现阴道出血;5例出现肠黏连;9例出现呕吐现象,另有3例出院后伤口裂开,又重新返回医院处理治疗。结论:经本研究分析可知,妇产科腹腔镜手术后进行科学的护理干预,对患者尽早恢复健康有实质性的干预效果。

Objective:This study mainly focused on the application of nursing in laparoscopic surgery in gynecology department.Methods:128 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in obstetrics and gynecology department were divided into the nursing group and the control group according to individual wishes;and two groups were given conventional nursing and nursing intervention separately.Results:After several months,none suffered from complications and all cases recovered in the nursing group.In the control group,11 cases suffered from vaginal bleeding;5 cases suffered from intestinal adhesion;9 cases suffered from vomiting,and another 3 cases suffered from wounded after discharge,and returned to the hospital for treatment.Conclusion:This analysis shows that nursing intervention in gynecology department was effects on the recovery of patients.
