乙肝肝硬化及肝衰竭患者并发肝性脑病危险因素及中医治疗现状综述

A review on risk factors for hepatic encephalopathy in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and hepatic failure and TCM treatment of status quo

本文介绍了现有文献中关于乙肝肝硬化及肝衰竭患者并发肝性脑病危险因素的研究,其常见危险因素包括感染、HBV-DNA高水平、血氨升高、凝血功能差、电解质紊乱等,对于临床的治疗有重要指导意义。同时对于目前的中医治疗现状进行了论述,以便于临床治疗。

In this article,the current literatures on risk factors for hepatic encephalopathy in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and hepatic failure were introduced.The common risk factors including infection,high levels of HBV-DNA,elevated ammonia,coagulation dysfunction and electrolyte imbalance,which has important guiding significance for clinical treatment.At the same time,the present situation of TCM is discussed,in order to facilitate clinical treatment.
