梁贵廷教授月经周期疗法的临床运用

月经病是妇科常见病、多发病之一,梁教授从医多年,对月经病的诊治有其独到之处,他认为治疗月经病需切合病机,针对不同时期要结合不同的治疗方法,并自创月经周期疗法,从调补肝肾立论,认为调经之法在于"通"与"补",并依据月经的周期性将其分为经前期、行经期、经后期。经前期侧重于通,以补为辅,即活血通经,以通为用,因势利导,顺势而下,以促进经血的排出。行经期不与干预,任其自然排泄。经后期侧重于补,以通为辅,意在重用扶正,轻用疏泄,即补肾填精,舒肝气,养肝血,以利于精血的充实,将"通"与"补"贯穿始终,并自拟经前方与经后方予以治疗,使血海能按时充盈,月经方可如期按量而至,达到治疗月经病的目的。梁师临证时灵活变通,谨守病机,用方巧妙,结合月经周期不同阶段调整方药,每每获益良效。
