抗精神病药对精神分裂症患者维持治疗一年的有效性及安全性研究

The efficacy and safety of antipsychotics on schizophrenia patients for one year

目的:探讨抗精神病药对精神分裂症患者维持治疗一年的有效性及安全性。方法:选取2016年6月-2017年5月来我院接受治疗精神分裂症的患者120例为研究对象,按照数字表法随机分为研究组与对照组两组,其中对照组又分为3个小组,对比四组患者使用药物的有效性、安全性及不良事件发生率。结果:研究组患者采用阿立哌唑药物治疗的有效性、安全性高于对照组3个组,同时不良事件发生率明显低于对照组3个组,研究组与对照组3个组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组3个组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑对于精神分裂症患者的治疗效果最为显著,患者的病情有极大地改善,相较于其他三种药物来说,治疗效果最好。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of antipsychotics on schizophrenia patients for one year.Method:120 cases of schizophrenia treated in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into the research group and the control group according to the digital table method.The control group was further divided into three groups,and the effectiveness,security,and the incidence of adverse events in the four groups were compared.Results:The effectiveness and safety in the research group who received Aripiprazole drug therapy were higher than the control group.At the same time,the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between three groups and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Aripiprazole was the most effective treatment for patients with schizophrenia,and the patient’s condition was greatly improved.Compared with the other three drugs,the treatment effect was the best.
