疏肝益阳胶囊联合西地那非治疗勃起功能障碍疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of Shugan Yiyang capsule with sidenafil on erectile dysfunction

目的:探讨疏肝益阳胶囊联合西地那非治疗勃起功能障碍(ED)的治疗效果。方法:将我院男科门诊2015年6月-2017年6月诊断为ED的120例患者,随机分成两组,每组60例,其中观察组给予疏肝益阳胶囊(口服,4粒/次,3次/日)和西地那非50mg(性生活前半个小时服用);对照组单服用西地那非50mg(性生活前半个小时服用),治疗2个月为1个疗程。对两组治疗后总有效率以及用药前后两组患者国际勃起功能评分(IIEF-5)进行分析。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.0%,对照组总有效率为78.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的IIEF-5评分均较治疗前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的IIEF-5评分提高显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝益阳胶囊联合西地那非治疗勃起功能障碍取得较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Shugan Yiyang capsule(疏肝益阳胶囊)with sidenafil on erectile dysfunction.Methods:120 ED patients treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The observation group was given Shugan Yiyang capsule with sidenafil(Shugan Yiyang capsule,4 pills per time,3 times a day,oral administration and sidenafil 50mg,30minitus before sexual activity).The control group received sidenafil 50mg(30 minutes before sexual activity).After two months,the total effective rate and IIEF-5 score in two groups were investigated and compared with that before the treatment.Results:The total effective in the observation group was 91.0%,which was significantly higher than 78.6%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The IIEF-5 scores after treatment in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The IIEF-5 scores in the observation group improved more significantly than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shugan Yiyang capsule with sidenafil had good effect on erectile dysfunction and was worthy of promotion.
