基于QuEChERS前处理的液相色谱-紫外检测串联柱后衍生荧光法测定蔬菜水果中13种农药残留 被引量:7

摘要 在运用Qu ECh ERS法对蔬果样品进行前处理的基础上,使用高效液相色谱紫外检测-衍生-荧光法测定常见蔬果中吡虫啉、啶虫脒、多菌灵和10种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量。结果表明,13种农药仪器方法检出限在0.003~0.050 mg/kg之间,加标回收率在70.5%~112.0%之间,相对标准偏差在0.46%~8.10%之间,标准曲线线性良好,相关系数在0.998 3~0.999 9之间。此方法操作简便,有机溶剂用量少,准确度和精密度好,适合配备了高效液相色谱仪的基层实验室对常见蔬菜水果进行农药多残留检测。 Based on the pre-treatment of fruits and vegetables samples by QuEChERS method,imidacloprid,acetamiprid,carbendazim and 10 carbamate pesticides in common fruits and vegetables were researched by HPLC-UV-Post column derivatization.Conclusions of detecting methods were that the limits of detection were in the range of 0.003-0.050 mg/kg.The average spiked recoveries ranged from 70.5%to 112.0%with relative standard deviations of 0.46%-8.10%.The calibration curves all had good linear relationships with correlation coefficients 0.998 3-0.999 9.This method is easy to operate,with less organic solvent consumption,accurate and reliable,good accuracy and precision,which is suitable for primary laboratory with HPLC to carry out detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.
