益肝宝颗粒治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of Yiganbao granule on nonalcoholic fatty liver

目的:主要观察益肝宝治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将门诊明确诊断的非酒精性脂肪肝患者300例,随机分为两组,一组为研究组150例给予益肝宝颗粒,1包/次,3次/d,一组为对照组150例给予强肝胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d。疗程均为3个月,临床观察患者症状变化和肝脏功能、血脂、肝脏B超或CT结果,判断药物疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗结束后,两组患者症状均有改善。研究组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率76%。两组总有效率比较P<0.01,有非常显著性差异。结论:益肝宝颗粒是治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的有效药物,具有改善患者临床症状、肝脏功能和脂肪代谢的显著效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiganbao on nonalcoholic fatty liver.Methods:300 cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease diagnosed by outpatient department were randomly divided into two groups.150 cases in the study group were given Yiganbao granule,1 packet each time,3 times a day.150 cases in the control group were given Qianggan capsule,3 capsules each time,3 times a day.The course of treatment was 3 months.The changes of the patients’symptoms and liver function,blood lipid,liver B ultrasound or CT were observed,and the drug effect and adverse reaction were determined.Results:After the treatment,the symptoms of the two groups were relieved.The total effective rate of the study group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76%.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,P<0.01,and there was a very significant difference.Conclusion:Yiganbao granule was an effective drug in treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,and it had significant effect on relieving the clinical symptoms,improving liver function and fat metabolism.
