宣肺清热化痰法治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽临床研究

A clinical study on treating pediatric pneumonia with the Xuanfei Qingre Huatan therapy

目的:探讨分析宣肺清热化痰法治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床效果。方法:选取2016年4月-2017年4月在我院收治的小儿肺炎喘嗽患儿82例,按照随机分配原则分为对照组和研究组,对照组应用常规西药治疗,研究组应用宣肺清热化痰法治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床体征消失时间(咳嗽消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、退热时间)明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿肺炎喘嗽治疗过程中,应用宣肺清热化痰法进行治疗的效果非常理想,有效改善患儿的临床体征,值得在临床上进一步的推广和应用。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of the Xuanfei Qingre Huatan therapy(宣肺清热化痰法)on pediatric pneumonia.Methods:82 cases of pediatric pneumonia asthma in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly assigned into the control group and the research group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the research group received the Xuanfei Qingre Huatan therapy.The therapeutic effect in two groups of children was compared.Results:The treatment efficiency in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical signs in the research group(Cough disappearance time,lung wet rale disappearance time,antipyretic time)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of treating pediatric pneumonia,the Xuanfei Qingre Huatan therapy had ideal treatment effects,it could effectively improve the patient’s clinical signs,and was worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
