选择性穴位艾灸在抗肿瘤治疗中导致白细胞减少症的应用

Application of selective acupoint moxibustion on leukocytopenia induced to antitumor

目的:研究选择性穴位艾灸治疗对患者抗肿瘤治疗导致患者白细胞减少症的临床疗效及其治疗前后生活质量的影响。方法:2015年3月-2016年2月,采用随机分组的方法,将我院120例符合病例标准的患者均分为四组,试验组(足三里、三阴交、绝骨、血海、大椎、脾腧中选择3~4个穴位每天进行20min的艾灸)、对照组1(口服升白药利可君片进行治疗)、对照组2(饮食调理及对症支持治疗)及空白对照组(不进行治疗)。治疗前后分别对四组患者于治疗前及治疗后7d,14d,21d监测血常规,3周末比较三组升白细胞的治疗效果,比较其差异是否有统计学意义,观察其有无毒不良反应及并发症并进行生活质量评分。结果:四组患者经不同治疗后临床疗效差异有统计学意义(χ2=66.98,P=0.00),其中试验组的有效率最高;四组患者经不同治疗后临床疗效情况的两两比较结果显示,试验组、对照组1、对照组2与空白对照组的临床疗效均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组与对照组1、对照组2的临床疗效差异都具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗前后生活质量评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),能明显改善患者生活质量。结论:选择性穴位艾灸治疗法、口服升白药利可君片治疗法和饮食调理及对症支持治疗法对患者抗肿瘤治疗导致的患者白细胞减少症有一定的临床效用,其中选择性穴位艾灸治疗法的有效率最佳,对患者生活质量的提高有积极作用,且能改善患者生活质量,值得在临床进一步推广。

Objective:To study the effect of selective acupoint moxibustion on leukocytopenia and its quality of life.Methods:120 patients were divided into 4 groups.The experimental group was given moxibustion.The control group 1 was treated with Leucogen tablets;the control group was treated by diet regulation and symptomatic support treatment,the blank control group without treatment.Before and after treatment 7d,14d,21d,blood routine in groups were monitored;the effect of white blood cells in groups was compared;non-toxic side effects,complications and quality of life score were observed.Results:There were statistically significant differences of efficacy among groups(χ2=66.98,P=0.00),and that in the experimental group was the highest.Compared the blank control group,there were statistically significant differences of effect in the experimental group,the control group 1,the control group 2.Compared the experimental group,there were statistically significant differences of effects in the control group 1,the control group 2.The quality of life in the experimental group was highest,with statistically significant difference.Conclusion:the selective acupoint moxibustion therapy,the oral administration of Leucogen tablets,the diet regulation and symptomatic support therapy have certain clinical effects on leukenia caused by antitumor therapy;and the selective acupoint moxibustion therapy shows the best efficiency,can improve the quality of life,is worthy of further promotion.
