止血夹结合肾上腺素注射液治疗溃疡性上消化道出血35例临床分析

A clinical analysis of treating 35 cases of ulcerative upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage by hemostatic clamp combined with epinephrine injection

目的:探讨止血夹结合肾上腺素治疗溃疡性上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法:临床纳入本院2016年7月-2017年10月期间收治的35例上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方式平分为研究组、对照组,其中研究组19例、对照组16例。对照组单纯采用内镜止血夹止血,研究组采用止血夹联合肾上腺素的方式进行治疗,并将两组止血夹脱落时间、平均住院时间进行对比。另外,对比两组一次性止血成功率与并发症发生率。结果:研究组止血夹脱落时间、平均住院时间均明显低于对照组P<0.05。结论:相较于单一治疗,采用止血夹联合肾上腺素注射液对溃疡性上消化道出血患者进行治疗效果更为显著,有利于缩短患者住院时间,提升一次性止血成功率,减少并发症的发生,进一步提高临床疗效,具备较高实施意义与临床运用价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of hemostatic clamp combined with epinephrine on ulcerative upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:35 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated in our hospital from July 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the research group and the control group according to the different treatments.16 cases in the control group was given hemostasis by endoscopic hemostasis;the research group was treated with hemostatic clamp combined with epinephrine.the time and average length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.In addition,the success rate and complication rate in groups were compared.Results:The time of bleeding stopping and average length of hospital stay of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with single therapy,the clinical effects of hemostatic clamp combined with epinephrine injection treatment was more significant in patients with ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding,it could shorten in-hospital time,increase one-time success rate of hemostasis,reduce complications and improve clinical curative effect,which was of higher implementation significance and clinical application value.
