基于信息熵变的中医干预艾滋病临床评价新方法研究

Study on a new clinical evaluation methodology based on information entropy change in TCM intervention of HIV/AIDS

目的:艾滋病是一种极其复杂难治性疾病,具有复杂性科学研究特点。信息熵函数和阴阳状态函数均表达开放系统的生命体通过与外界之间通过能量、物质、信息进行交换,抵消和减缓生命体不可逆转的衰老和死亡,从而维持生命体的有序化。方法:中医阴阳函数U=Ep+Eq表达生命体系不仅与生命能量E密切关系,也与生命系统无序度p和有序度q有着密切关系。由于p和q均与熵密切相关,中医阴阳状态函数与熵函数密切相关。中医阴阳理论的"从"和"逆"、"传"与"不传"与熵理论"有序"和"无序"内涵不谋而合。结果:由艾滋病、生命熵、生命熵变关系可知,从感染HIV到AIDS,具有临界熵H0(HIV转为AIDS)和最大熵HM(AIDS死亡熵值)。当HX<H0,HIV感染者生命熵变幅度较小,处于维持中医药干预的稳定时区;当H0<HX<HM,HIV感染者生命熵变幅度较大,处于强化中医药干预的熵警时区;当HX>HM,HIV感染者熵变突增产生陡变,处于中医药临终关怀干预的死亡时区。讨论:中医干预HIV/AIDS的核心目的是减少HIV/AIDS熵积(机会性感染)和抵消HIV熵增(代谢失衡),降低HIV转化为AIDS的不确定性,延长HIV无症状期。熵变理论与中医阴阳整体和传变理论相吻合。充分体现了跨学科研究的重要性和价值。采用信息熵函数计算HIV/AIDS熵变,将为临床评价中医干预HIV/AIDS提供新角度和新方法。

Objective:AIDS is an extremely complex and intractable disease.It has the characteristics of complex scientific research and interdisciplinary research.The holistic view of TCM conforms to the purpose of complex scientific research.The information entropy function and Yin-Yang(阴阳)state function both express the life system will exchange energy,material and information through the outside world in open system to counter act and slow down the irreversible aging and death of the livin g body,so as to maintain life orderliness.Methods:The Yin-Yang theory“order”and“inverse”“transform”and“not transform”expressions coincide with the entropy theory“orderly”and“disorderly“connotations.The U=Ep+Eq expression of the Yin and Yang function of Chinese medicine is not only closely related to the life energy E,but also closely related to the disorder degree p and the order degree q of the life system,because both p and q are closely related to entropy.So we can use information entropy and entropy function to calculate HIV medical and non-medical entropy variables to establish entropy warning model H(Xi).Results:Based on the relationship among HIV/AIDS and life information entropy as well as life information entropy change,there is an Inflection Point Entropy H0(entropy threshold from HIV into AIDS)and Maximum Point Entropy HM(death entropy)from infecting HIV to developing AIDS.1.When HX<H0,HIV entropy changes slightly,it is the stable time zone;2.When the H0<HX<HM,HIV entropy changes greatly,it is the entropy warning time zone,should strengthen intervention;3.When HX>HM,it descripts that HIV entropy change occurs suddenly change,and it is in the death period of Chinese medicine hospice care intervention in AIDS.Conclusion:The core purpose of TCM intervention in HIV/AIDS is to reduce the HIV/AIDS entropy accumulating(Opportunistic infections)and offset HIV entropy Increasing(HIV reproduction),to reduce the uncertainty of HIV into AIDS,to extend the HIV Asymptomatic Period The theory of entropy change coincides with the theory of Yin-Yang in the holistic view and the transformation of disease.It fully reflects the importance and value of interdisciplinary research.The use of information entropy function to calculate the entropy change of HIV/AIDS will provide a new thought and new methodology for the clinical evaluation of Chinese medicine intervention in HIV/AIDS.
