风险管理在产科护理中的应用分析

An application analysis of risk management in obstetrics nursing

目的:分析风险管理在产科护理中的应用效果。方法:对本院2016年10月-2017年10月接收的144例产妇资料加以研究,依据管理方案的不同分为两组,各组72例;对照组予常规管理护理,试验组予风险管理护理,比对两组护理质量及风险事件发生率。结果:试验组书写规范性(90.52±5.41)、服务态度(90.67±7.26)分等护理质量项目分值较之对照组均显著更高(P<0.05);试验组风险事件总发生率6.94%较之对照组显著更低(P<0.05)。结论:产科中实施风险管理护理可取得满意效果,可被临床推广、应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of risk management in obstetrics nursing.Methods:144 cases of maternal data received from October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were studied.According to the different management plans,they were divided into two groups,72 cases in each group.The control group was given regular management and nursing.The experimental group was given risk management nursing.The nursing quality and risk incidents in two groups were compared.Results:The scores of nursing quality items in the experimental group(90.52±5.41)and service attitude(90.67±7.26)were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of risk events in the experimental group was 6.94%,which was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of risk management nursing in obstetrics could achieve satisfactory results and could be clinically promoted and applied.
