基于数据挖掘技术分析李秀娟治疗脾胃病的用药规律

An analysis of medication rule from Li Xiujuan for spleen-stomach diseases based on data mining technology

对李秀娟老师脾胃病门诊的临床医案数据运用统计学软件进行频次、关联以及聚类分析。通过李老师临床医案的分析,获得131味药物,其中当归、黄芪、菟丝子、槲寄生、熟地黄出现频次较高;获得二阶关联用药规则89条,三阶关联用药规则973条,四阶关联用药规则1016条,聚类分析显示用药可以分为五大类。通过分析发现李秀娟老师治疗脾胃病以益气健脾为主,并注重补肾以温脾,疏肝理气,药对以益气健脾、补肾温脾、柔肝理气为主;以调理脾胃为根本,同时兼顾脾、肝、肾的关系。

Clinical medical data of Li Xiujuan in spleen and stomach disease clinic were analyzed by using statistical software for frequency,correlation and cluster analysis.According to the clinical analysis of Professor Li,131 flavors were obtained,of which Danggui,Huangqi,Tusizi,Hujishengand Dihuangwere the highest frequency;89 second-order drugs,973 third-order drugs,the fourth-order related medication rules 1016,cluster analysis showed that medication can be divided into five categories.Li Xiujuan treatment of spleen and stomach by Yiqi Jianpi,and Bushen Wenpi,Shugan Liqi,focus on Yiqi Jianpi and Bushen Wenpi,to regulate the spleen and stomach as a fundamental.At the same time,the relationship among the spleen,liver and kidney was payed more attention.
