不同方案治疗面神经炎的临床研究及疗效评价

The effects of different therapies on facial neuritis

治疗面神经炎采用针刺疗法在临床中较为常见且有效,但部分患者会留有后遗症,影响正常工作及生活。笔者在临床中发现中药熏药、面部推拿、电子生物反馈疗法、面神经功能训练使用较频繁,且效果显著,故在常规针刺的基础上,选择以上四个因素有和无两水平进行相应的正交设计,以筛选出在针刺基础上最为有效的面瘫病治疗方案。

Treating facial neuritis by acupuncture is common and effective in clinical practice.However,some patients may have sequelae,affecting normal work and life.In the clinic,the author found that TCM fumigation,facial massages,electronic biofeedback therapy,and facial nerve function training are more frequently applied,and the effect is significant.Therefore,on the basis of conventional acupuncture,the above four factors are selected for orthogonal design,to screen out the most effective method.
