摘要
张茂平教授为全国第五批老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,从医40余年。她根据刘河间玄府理论、叶天士络病学说、《内经》的"肾苦燥,急食辛以润之"理论;易水学派张元素、李东垣对风药的论述及应用经验;结合多年临床实践心得体会,从玄府、络病理论的视角论治糖尿病肾病。提出"辛温开玄通络"的学术思想,分阶段论治糖尿病肾病。
Professor Zhang Maoping was the guidance teacher of academic experience inherit in the fifth batch of old TCM medicine experts,worked for more than 40 years.Professor Zhang Maoping treated diabetic nephropathy from the theory of Xuanfu(玄府)and Luobing(络病)according to the Liu Hejian’s Xuanfu theory(刘河间玄府理论),Ye Tianshi’s Luobing theory(叶天士络病学说),the theory from Neijing(《内经》),and the discussion and application of wind medicine from Yishui schools(易水学派),with years of experience in clinical practice.Professor Zhang Maoping puts forward the academic thought of Xinwen Kaixuan Tongluo(辛温开玄通络),and the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in different stages.
