腺苷钴胺穴位注射治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用腺苷钴胺穴位注射治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取78例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为本次研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为治疗组(n=40)与对照组(n=38),两组患者入院后均行基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗之上肌肉注射腺苷钴胺,治疗组在基础治疗之上穴位注射腺苷钴胺,观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及治疗前后腓总神经传导速度变化情况。结果:治疗组临床总有效率(77.50%)显著高于对照组(57.89%),P<0.05,治疗前,两组患者SCV与MCV比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,治疗组SCV与MCV显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病周围神经病变患者行腺苷钴胺穴位注射治疗,能有效提高患者腓总神经感觉神经传导速度与运动神经传导速度,且临床效果显著。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of cobamamide injection on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:78 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(40 cases)and control group(38 cases)as the study subjects.Both groups received basic treatment after admission.The control group was given cobamamide intramuscularly more.The treatment group was given cobamamide at acupoints plus the basic treatment.Results:The total efficacy in the treatment group(77.50%)was significantly higher than 57.89%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between two groups in SCV and MCV(P>0.05).After treatment,in the treatment group,SCV and MCV were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cobamamide injection on diabetic peripheral neuropathy can effectively improve sensory nerve conduction velocity of the peroneal nerve and motor nerve conduction velocity,and has significant clinical effects.
