针灸治疗配合康复训练对偏瘫后肩手综合征的治疗效果研究

Efficacy of acupuncture and rehabilitation training on shoulder-hand syndrome after hemiplegia

目的:探讨针灸治疗配合康复训练对偏瘫后肩手综合征的治疗效果。方法:抽取至我院就诊的偏瘫后肩手综合征患者86例,收治时间为2013年6月20日-2017年6月20日,其中一组采取药物联合康复训练,另外一组加用针灸治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:实验组与常规组的治疗总有效率分别为95.35%与81.40%,P<0.05;治疗前两组的VAS评分、FMA评分、水肿程度评分、BI评分均无明显差异,P>0.05,治疗后实验组患者的上述评分均明显优于常规组,P<0.05。结论:对偏瘫后肩手综合征患者采取针灸联合康复训练的效果显著,便于改善患者的临床症状,缓解疼痛感,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of acupuncture and rehabilitation training on shoulder and hand syndrome after hemiplegia.Methods:86 cases of shoulder-hand syndrome after hemiplegia from June 20,2013 to June 20,2017 in our hospital were selected.The routine group was given medicine and rehabilitation training.The experimental group was given acupuncture more.The clinical effect in two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate was 95.35%in the experimental group,and was 81.40%in the routine group,P<0.05.The VAS score,FMA score,edema degree score and BI score did not show significantly different in two groups before treatment,P>0.05.Those in the experimental group were significantly superior to the routine group after treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture and rehabilitation training show a significant effect,can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life,and relieve the pain.
