穴位贴敷对ICU无创辅助通气患者睡眠质量及谵妄的影响

Efficacy of acupoint sticking therapy on sleep quality and delirium in patients with ICU non-invasive assisted ventilation

目的:探讨穴位贴敷对ICU无创辅助通气患者的睡眠质量及谵妄的影响。方法:将60例无创呼吸机辅助呼吸的患者按数字表法随机分为观察组30例,对照组30例,对照组给予西医常规治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上联合穴位贴敷治疗,观察两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分变化、谵妄量表分析系统(CAMCR)评分及谵妄的发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者SAS、SDS、PSQI评分均出现了下降,但观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组CAM-CR评分及谵妄的发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:穴位贴敷能改善无创辅助通气患者的睡眠质量及焦虑、抑郁情绪,减少谵妄的发生。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of acupoint sticking therapy on sleep quality and delirium in patients with ICU non-invasive assisted ventilation.Methods:60 patients with noninvasive ventilator assisted breathing were randomly divided into the observation group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases according to the number table.The control group was treated with routine western medical treatment and nursing.The observation group was treated with acupoint sticking therapy more.The score changes of SAS,SDS and PSQI,CAM-CR score and the incidence of delirium in two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,SAS,SDS and PSQI scores of two groups were decreased,but the degree of improvement in the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.CAM-CR score and the incidence of delirium in the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupoint sticking therapy can improve the sleep quality and anxiety and depression emotion of patients with non-invasive assisted ventilation and reduce the occurrence of delirium.
