自拟中药杀胚消癥汤在异位妊娠保守手术后辅助降血β-HCG及预防PEP的影响

Efficacy of the Shapei Xiaozheng decoction on β-HCG and PEP after ectopic pregnancy conservative operation

目的:探讨自拟中药杀胚消癥汤在异位妊娠保守手术后辅助降血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)及预防PEP的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年6月我院收治的行异位妊娠腹腔镜保守手术(包括切开取胚术、胚胎组织挤出术)的患者60例并分成两组,治疗组30例给予腹腔镜保守手术+术后第1天自拟中药方剂杀胚消癥汤水煎服,每日1剂,连服7天;对照组30例给予单纯腹腔镜保守手术。观察和对比分析两组患者术后血β-HCG的变化情况,及对预防PEP的影响。结果:治疗组腹腔镜术后1天、7天患者β-HCG水平下降速度均显著快于对照组患者(P<0.01)。治疗组术后有1例发生PEP,对照组有4例(P<0.05)。术后监测血β-HCG降至正常值的天数,治疗组为(10.6±2.5)d,对照组为(14.8±5.3)d,两组显著差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过比较异位妊娠腹腔镜保守手术(包括切开取胚术、胚胎组织挤出术)中加自拟中药方剂杀胚消癥汤与单纯腹腔镜保守手术,可知中医药在异位妊娠保守手术后加速降低β-HCG定量及预防PEP起到一定临床疗效。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the Shapei Xiaozheng decoction(杀胚消癥汤)onβ-HCG and PEP after the ectopic pregnancy conservative operation.Methods:60 cases were divided into two groups.30 cases in the treatment group were given laparoscopic conservative surgery plus the Shapei Xiaozheng decoction,a dose daily,for seven days.30 cases in the control group were given laparoscopic conservative surgery.Postoperative changes of the bloodβ-HCG,and the effects on PEP were observed and analyzed in two groups.Results:Descent ofβ-HCG after 1 day and 7 days in the treatment group were significantly faster than the control group(P<0.01).1 case suffered from PEP in the treatment group,4 cases in the control group(P<0.05).Time dropped to normal valve ofβ-HCG was monitored.That in the treatment group was(10.6±2.5)days,and was(14.8±5.3)days in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic conservative surgery and the Shapei Xiaozheng decoction can reduceβ-HCG quantitative and shows a clinical effect in preventing from PEP.
