中草药联合乌鸡白凤丸治疗月经不调疗效分析

Efficacy of TCM medicine plus Wuji Baifeng Wan on abnormal menstruation

目的:分析中草药联合乌鸡白凤丸治疗月经不调疗效。方法:将40例月经不调患者作为研究对象,根据就诊先后顺序将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各20例。对照组给予甲羟孕酮治疗,观察组给予中草药联合乌鸡白凤丸治疗,判断两组患者治疗有效率。结果:观察组患者月经周期<7d、经量正常、无乳房胀痛比例均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),月经周期≥7d、经量较少、有乳房胀痛比例均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效18例,总有效率为90%,对照组治疗有效15例,总有效率为75%,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对月经不调患者,采取中草药联合乌鸡白凤丸方式进行治疗,可以显著提高患者治疗效果,提高患者月经规律性,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of TCM medicine with Wuji Baifeng Wan(乌鸡白凤丸)on abnormal menstruation.Methods:40 patients were divided into the control group and observation group according to the order of treatment,each group of 20 patients.The control group was given medroxyprogesterone.The observation group was given TCM medicine with Wuji Baifeng Wan.Results:In the observation group,the number of menstrual cycle shorter than 7 days,and normal volume,no breast tenderness were significantly more than the control group(P<0.05).And the number of menstrual cycle more than 7 days,and less volume with breast tenderness in the observation group were significantly fewer(P<0.05).In the observation group,18 cases were effective,the total efficacy was 90%.And in the control group,15 cases were effective,the total efficacy was 75%.The total efficacy in the observation group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM medicine with Wuji Baifeng Wan can significantly improve the effect and the regularity of menstruation,is worthy of clinical application.
