儿科应用“6S”管理方法体会

Experience of 6S management in pediatrics

目的:将"6S"管理引入儿科病房管理观察效果,探讨其对儿科护理安全的影响效果,提高患儿安全管理水平。方法:将"6S"理论及管理模式应用在儿科管理中,实行全员参与和专人负责制,完善儿科病区管理制度,定期检查,不断改进,循环运行"6S"管理,对护理单元质量及儿科患儿家属满意度两大方面分阶段进行评分确定儿科护理安全的评价指标。结果:儿科病区管理质量明显提高。护理单元质量评分从2015年年初的综合分数88.5%,到2016年年初的92.5%,2017年95.5%,2018年提高到98.74%;患儿家属满意度评分从2015年年初的86.0%,到2016年年初的95.6%,2017年98.6%,2018年提高到99.7%;药品储存与养护方面得分率98.0%,物品、药品定位摆放、账物相符、无1例过期、失效药品,效期药品管理得分率提高至100.0%。结论:实施"6S"管理后,儿科护理安全评价指标中的各项指标均得到改善,提升了儿科护士的安全意识,提高了护理安全水平,降低了护理差错、缺陷、事故的发生率,从而有效规避了护理风险,是病区用药质量控制的有效方法。

Objective:To explore the effect of 6S management on pediatric ward management and its safety of pediatric nursing improvement of the safety management level.Methods:The 6S theory and management mode were applied to the management of pediatrics.Full participation and individual responsibility system were implemented,with regular inspection,continuous improvement and circulation of the 6S management.The quality score of the nursing unit and family satisfaction were scored in different stages.Results:The quality of the management in pediatrics ward was obviously improved.The quality score of the nursing unit were 88.5%,92.5%,95.5%and 98.74%from the beginning of 2015 to 2018,respectively.The score of family satisfaction was 86.0%,95.6%,98.6%and 99.7%from the beginning of 2015 to 2018,respectively.The score for drug storage and maintenance is 98.0%.Articles were placed according to regulations.There was no case of expired or expired drugs.The score of effective management is increased to 100.0%.Conclusion:The 6S management can improve all pediatric nursing safety score,safety awareness of pediatric nurses and the level of nursing safety,reduce the incidence of nursing errors,defects and accidents,effectively circumvent the nursing risk,is an effective method for controlling the quality of medicine in the sick area.
