归脾汤的临床应用

Clinical application of the Guipi decoction

脾为后天之本,营卫气血生化之源,脾虚易变生他证或加重原有病症,因此调理脾胃就显得尤为重要,笔者临证时喜用归脾汤补益气血,调理脾胃,治疗各类慢性病,现抛砖引玉,浅述于下。

The spleen is the basis of the acquired nature and the source of Yingwei and Qixue(营卫气血).The patients of Pixu(脾虚)can easily change his birth certificate or aggravate the existing illnesses.Therefore,it is particularly important to modulate the spleen and stomach.Now,the cases of chronic diseases treated with the Guipi decoction(归脾汤)were described.
