摘要
试验旨在研究育雏后期(3~6周龄)饲粮总含硫氨基酸(TSAA)水平对京红蛋鸡育雏期生产性能和血生化指标、育成和产蛋期生产性能的影响,以此确定京红蛋鸡育雏后期TSAA的适宜需要量。选用15日龄"京红1号"商品代蛋雏鸡900只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只鸡。采用玉米-豆粕型饲粮,5组饲粮TSAA的浓度分别为0.58%、0.66%、0.77%、0.82%和0.90%。试验期4周,跟踪观察19周。结果表明:在试验期,蛋鸡日增重随TSAA增加线性增加(P<0.05),0.82%和0.90%组显著高于其他组(P<0.05);耗料增重比随TSAA增加线性降低(P<0.05),0.82%和0.90%组显著低于其他组(P<0.05);血清总蛋白含量随TSAA增加线性升高(P<0.05),0.82%组显著高于0.58%、0.66%和0.77%组(P<0.05);血清白蛋白含量随TSAA升高呈二次增加(P<0.05),且0.82%组显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。在观察期,育雏后期TSAA对体重的影响会延续至12周龄,对16、20周龄的体重没有显著影响(P>0.05);0.82%和0.90%组在17~25周龄的产蛋率显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。综上,"京红1号"商品代蛋鸡育雏后期适宜TSAA为0.82%,每只蛋鸡TSAA需要量为230.83 mg/d。
The trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of different levels of total sulfur amino acids(TSAA)during 3-6wk of age on production performance of Jinghong layers during and after 3 wk,and to determine the optimum levels of TSAA of layers during 3-6wk.A total of 900 Jinghong commercial chicks at the age of 15 days were randomly divided into five treatments,6 replicates of 30 hens per treatment.Layers were fed on the corn-soybean meal basal diet supplemented with graded levels of TSAA,containing 0.58%,0.66%,0.77%,0.82%and 0.90%.The feeding trial lasted 4 wk and tracking record period lasted 19 wk.The results suggested that ADG was increased in a linear way with the graded levels of TSAA(P<0.05)and the 0.82%and 0.90%TSAA treaments were significantly higher than other treaments,F:G was decreased in a linear way with the graded levels of TSAA(P<0.05)and the 0.82%and 0.90%treatments were significantly lower than other treatments(P<0.05).Serum total protein were increased linearly as TSAA increased(P<0.05),groups of TSAA at 0.82%was significantly higher than 0.58%,0.66%and 0.77%groups(P<0.05).Serum albumin levels were increased quadraticly as TSAA levels increased(P<0.05),and 0.82%groups significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05).The effect of different levels of TSAA from 3 to 6 wk on performance of birds extended to 12 wk,but did not continued after 12 wk of age.The 0.82%and 0.90%TSAA groups had a higher egg rate than other groups at 17-25wk(P<0.05).In conclusion,the optimal TSAA level of Jinghong commercial chicken during 3-6 wk of age was 0.82%,or expressed as daily TSAA requirement is 230.83 mg/d.
