互联网小贷公司生态现状与修复路径研究

目前,传统线下小贷公司加快布局线上小贷业务,上市公司纷纷抢滩登陆互联网小贷高地,互联网小贷一举成为继P2P网贷后互联网金融最具发展潜力的业态。相对于传统小额贷款公司和银行业金融机构的固定业务模式,互联网小贷借助互联网技术,利用平台化运营模式、大数据征信、风险管控和系统化获客方式等方面优势,并结合电子商务和P2P网贷,在支持普惠金融发展上发挥重要作用。然而,互联网小贷生态系统呈现出病态,监管机构立法滞后、监管力度难以掌握、资金来源受限、行业法律法规尚未跟进,应当从互联网小贷生态主体和生态环境入手,实现全面动态化监管,建立风险防控体系,结合与生产生活场景密切联系的资产端创新来优化互联网小贷生态发展路径。

At present,the traditional offline small loan companies speed up the layout of the online small business loan,listed companies rushed to the internet loan highland,internet small loan has become the most promising form of internet finance after P2P online loan,compared with the traditional fixed small loan companies and financial institutions with banking business model,internet small loans with the help of internet technology,has the platform operation mode,large data inquiry and risk control and systematic way for guest etc advantages,combined with the electronic commerce and P2P network,it plays an important role in supporting the development of inclusive finance.However,the Internet small-loan ecosystem is morbid,with lagging legislation,difficult supervision,limited sources of funds and industry laws and regulations,we shall start from the internet ecological main body and the ecological environment of small loans,realize the comprehensive dynamic regulation,establish risk prevention and control system,combining with the assets of the life closely related the innovation to optimize Internet small loans ecological development path.
