外科护士肺部感染相关知识与态度的调查分析

Knowledge and attitude towards pulmonary infections among surgical nurses

目的了解和分析外科护士对肺部感染的相关认知与态度,为针对性培训提供参考。方法采用自行设计的肺部感染相关知识与态度调查表,对324名外科护士进行调查。结果外科护士肺部感染知识总体得分率为72.46%,对肺部感染防控态度总体得分率84.64%。不同工作年限、年龄的护士知识掌握程度比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论外科护士对术后卧床患者肺部感染防控态度较积极,但知识仍需提升。

Objective To evaluate surgical nurses′knowledge and attitude towards pulmonary infections and to provide reference for targeted training.Methods A total of 324 surgical nurses were invited to complete a self-designed questionnaire in terms of their knowledge and attitude towards pulmonary infections.Results The scoring rate of pulmonary infections knowledge was 72.46%and of pulmonary infections attitude was 84.64%.The knowledge scores showed significant differences in nurses with different wor-king years and age(P<0.01 for both).Conclusion Surgical nurses hold positive attitude towards prevention and control of pulmonary infections in postoperative bedridden patients,but their knowledge should be improved.
