摘要
肺癌的治疗进入到针对表皮生长因子(EGFR)基因突变、间变性淋巴瘤激酶(ALK)基因重排等驱动基因的个体化分子靶向"精准"治疗的时代。影像组学在预测肺癌EGFR突变、ALK重排具有一定的价值。阐述有关EGFR突变和ALK重排肺癌靶向治疗的相关知识,对肺癌上述2种基因有关的影像组学表型特征的研究进展予以综述。
The treatment of lung cancer has entered an era of personalized molecular targeted“precise”treatment for epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)gene mutations,anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK)gene rearrangement,and other driving genes.Radiomics has shown certain value in predicting EGFR mutations and ALK rearrangement of lung cancer.This paper elaborated the related clinical knowledge about treatments targeted on EGFR mutation and ALK rearranged of lung cancer,and reviewed the progress of related radiomics phenotypic characteristics about EGFR mutations and ALK rearrangement of lung cancer.
