摘要
在恶性肿瘤治疗前进行准确的预后评估是选择科学治疗方案的重要条件。^(18)F-FDG PET/CT可从分子水平无创探测恶性肿瘤的代谢负荷。多种参数能够量化肿瘤代谢负荷,进行预后评估,其中全身肿瘤代谢体积和全身病灶总糖酵解值,包含了原发肿瘤、淋巴结转移和远处转移的全身肿瘤代谢体积和代谢活性,是独立于年龄、性别、病理类型、肿瘤分期等影响因素,在预后评估中具有更大的价值。
Accurately assessing prognosis of malignant tumor before treatment is an important factor for selecting a scientific treatment.18F-FDG PET/CT is a non-invasive method which can detect metabolic burden of malignant tumor at molecular level.Many parameters can be used to quantify metabolic tumor burden and assess the prognosis on 18F-FDG PET/CT.Whole-body metabolic tumor volume and whole-body total lesion glycolysis,which are calculated from the total volume of the primary tumor,lymph nodes metastases,and distant metastases are the prognostic factors independent from age,sex,pathological type,and tumor staging,and have high value to assess the prognosis.
