摘要
对GB/T 10184—2015与GB/T 10184—1988 2个标准锅炉效率计算方法进行了比较,提出2个标准在基准温度规定、锅炉效率计算公式规定、过量空气系数修订、锅炉散热损失处理等方面的4个差异点,并通过300、600 MW机组锅炉效率测试算例对2个标准的计算结果进行比对分析,得出其差异来源是基准温度的不同以及对外来热量的引入。该研究结果对火力发电厂锅炉效率测试试验及节能经济运行具有指导意义。
The study compares two boiler efficiency calculation methods,the GB/T 10184-2015 and GB/T 10184-1988,and puts forward four differences between the two standards in the reference temperature regulations,boiler efficiency calculation formula provisions,excess air coefficient revisions,and boiler heat loss processing.Through the comparison of the calculation results of two standards for boiler efficiency test of a 300 MW and 600 MW boiler,it is concluded that the source of the difference is the difference in the reference temperature and the introduction of external heat.The research results have guiding significance for the boiler efficiency test and energy-saving economical operation of thermal power plants.
