摘要
探讨翻转课堂在超声住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果。随机选取河南省人民医院2016级50名住院医师为研究对象,按照教学方法的不同分为实验组和对照组,每组各25名。实验组采用翻转课堂教学法授课,对照组采用传统教学法授课。通过问卷调查及考试测评,对两种教学法的教学效果进行评估。实验组对学习效率、学习兴趣、语言表达能力、临床思维养成、职业自豪感及考试测评成绩均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。翻转课堂教学法能调动住院医师学习积极性,有利于提高教学效果,但翻转课堂教学模式在住院医师群体中的实施仍存在一定局限性。
This article discussed the effect of applying flipped classroom in the standardized residency training of ultrasound department.50 residents from the year 2016 were Randomly selected from People's Hospital of Henan Province as research subjects.Based on different teaching methods,the residents were divided into two groups,experimental and control group respectively.And each group contains 25 people.Residents of the experimental group were taught with flipped classroom teaching methods,while the control group continued with traditional teaching methods.The effects of different methods were evaluated through surveys and examinations.The results showed that experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of learning efficiency,study interest,language,clinical thinking abilities,professional self-identities and test scores.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching methods of flipped classroom could fully motivate the residents,which was beneficial to improve the teaching effect,however,there are still some limitations in the process of implementation.
