重庆市普招住院医师与并轨研究生结业考核现状对比研究

Comparison of the current situations of graduation examinations between generally-recruited residents and merged graduate students in Chongqing

本研究通过提取分析2015~2017年度重庆市住院医师规范化培训(住培)结业考核数据,以期为进一步完善住培与并轨研究生培养标准和体系建设提供参考。将普招住院医师与并轨研究生合格率、平均分等数据分类进行对比,找出其中的差异并分析其原因。数据显示:并轨研究生结业考核合格率高于普招住院医师,且理论考试成绩均优于普招住院医师,临床实践能力考核成绩,除2015年并轨研究生差距较大,低于普招住院医师外,其余两年均持平或高于普招住院医师,且差异均具有统计学意义(P=0.000)。重庆市专业学位研究生培养与住培制度相结合是有益的探索,使并轨研究生培养模式得到了完善,同时也为重庆市普招住院医师培养提供积极借鉴意义。严格执行招收标准,持续完善住院医师申请同等学力研究生学位政策,加强市级管理部门对住培基地督导管理职责,促进各住培基地加强学员管理,多管齐下,共同促进本市普招住院医师与并轨研究生培养齐头并进,切实提高培训质量。

Our study extracted data from the graduation examinations of Chongqing resident's standardization training in 2015-2017,in order to provide references for improving the training standards and system construction of residents and merged graduate students.The differences of data such as qualification rates and average scores between generally-recruited residents and merged graduate students were compared.Data showed that the qualification rate of merged graduate students is higher than that of generally-recruited residents.And the results of theoretical examinations are superior to those of the generally-recruited residents.As for the evaluation of clinical practice,the average score of merged graduate students is lower than that of generally-recruited residents in 2015.However,the scores were similar or statistically significantly higher than that of generally-recruited residents(P=0.000)in the rest two years.Therefore,the combination of postgraduate training of professional degree and standardized residency training system in Chongqing is a beneficial exploration.The training mode of merged graduate students in Chongqing has been improved.It also provides positive references for the training of generally-recruited residents in Chongqing.Combination of strictly enrollment of residents,continuously improving the policy of application for graduate degree for residents with equal educational level,strengthening supervision and management responsibilities of municipal departments in training bases,and promoting the management of residents from training bases could jointly promote the cultivation of generally-recruited residents and merged graduate students together,as well as improve the quality of training.
