摘要
用电热板将某电镀厂废水处理产生的电镀污泥样品消解后,以原子吸收分光光度法进行测定。结果显示,其中锌、铜、镍的平均质量分数依次为48 980、5 553和6 158 mg/kg,潜在生态危害系数的计算结果表明它们分别属于轻微、中等和很强生态危害。该电镀污泥的潜在生态危害指数(RI)为395.8,属于强生态危害,因此要严加管理,避免对环境造成二次污染。
The sludge samples discharged from the wastewater treatment process in an electroplating plant were digested using an electric heating plate,and then analyzed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The results showed that the sludge averagely contained Zn 48 880 mg/kg,Cu 5 553 mg/kg,and Ni 6 158 mg/kg.The calculation results of potential ecological risk factors indicated that the ecological risk of Zn,Cu,and Ni is slight,moderate,and very strong,respectively.The sludge has a potential ecological risk index(RI)of 395.8,indicating that its ecological risk is strong.It is necessary to strictly manage and avoid secondary pollution caused by the electroplating sludge.
