Research on the Construction of Government Portal Website under the Background of "Internet + Government Service" ——Taking Guangzhou City as an Example

"互联网+政务服务"作为互联网时代的新概念,要求政府运用互联网思维转变自身治理模式适应新的环境,为公众提供更便捷、优质的服务。政府门户网站作为"互联网+政务服务"的重要载体,网站建设情况及质量好坏将直接影响服务效果。笔者以广州政府门户网站为研究对象,分析其功能、局限,并给出相关对策。

"Internet+government services"as a new concept in the Internet era requires the government to use Internet thinking to transform its own governance model to adapt to the new environment and provide the public with more convenient and quality services.As an important carrier of"Internet+government services",government portal websites have a direct impact on the effectiveness of website construction and quality.The author takes the Guangzhou government portal as the research object,analyzes its function and limitations,and gives relevant countermeasures.
