基于数据中心的医院员工管理系统

Hospital Staff Management System Based on Data Center

笔者在医院数据中心基础上,将医院员工的基本信息、科教、奖惩、考勤、绩效和执业权限等信息整合在一个界面上进行展现,一方面方便医院领导层、人事科等实时查看全院员工信息,进行科学的人事管理;另一方面也方便员工了解自己的绩效、奖惩、执业权限等方面信息,使员工对自己有准确的定位,提高工作积极性。总之,该系统可科学合理地配置人力资源,提高医院运营效率,使医院总体管理效能得到优化。

On the basis of the hospital data center,the author integrates the information of the basic information of the hospital staff,science and education,rewards and punishments,attendance,performance and practicing authority on a full view.On the one hand,it is convenient for the hospital leadership and personnel department to check the information of the staff in real time and carry out scientific personnel management;the other is the other side.It is also convenient for employees to understand their performance,rewards and punishments,practice rights and other information,so that employees can accurately position themselves and improve their work enthusiasm.In a word,the system can allocate human resources scientifically and rationally,improve the efficiency of hospital operation,and optimize the overall management efficiency of the hospital.
