摘要 现代工业生产中,配料和传输是冶金、化工生产、钢铁、碳素等大型产业中十分重要的环节。配料过程中的配比以及称重的准确性成为了工业生产质量的一项重要指标,但在配料生产中,外界的干扰以及通信设备的鲁棒性导致生产中误差加大,严重影响了生产的质量。为解决此项问题,笔者利用Visual Basic 6.0(简称VB 6.0)对生产过程进行动态监测、实时监控、计时测量、数据管理与存储,将工业生产误差率降到最低,使生产质量得到有效的提高。 In modern industrial production,batching and transmission are very important links in metallurgical,chemical production,steel and carbon industries.The ratio of the proportioning and the accuracy of weighing have become an important index of the quality of industrial production.But in the production of the ingredients,the interference of the outside and the robustness of the communication equipment increase the error in production,which seriously affects the quality of production.In order to solve this problem,the author uses Visual Basic 6(VB 6)to carry out dynamic monitoring,real-time monitoring,timing measurement,data management and storage.The error rate of industrial production is reduced to a minimum and the production quality is improved effectively.
