低压铸造螺旋砂芯智能射芯机控制系统设计

Control System Design of Intelligent Core Shooter for Low Pressure Casting Spiral Core

针对用于新能源汽车水冷机壳精密低压铸造的螺旋砂芯射芯机,设计出一套触摸屏控制系统。选用合适的PLC和触摸屏,采用软件GT Designers设计射芯机的控制面板。通过编程软件将设计出的控制面板编入触摸屏,再写入对应的PLC程序,从而实现触摸屏的真正控制。

A set of touch screen control system is designed for spiral core shooter used for precision low pressure casting of water-cooled casing of new energy vehicles.The appropriate PLC and touch screen are selected,and software GT Designers is used to design the control panel of the core shooter.By programming software,the designed control panel is programmed into the touch screen and then written into the corresponding PLC program to realize the real control of the touch screen.
