摘要
以某型直升机减速器中行星轮系为例,在考虑加工及装配公差条件下,研究齿轮修形对行星轮系传递误差、接触应力、功率损失以及载荷分配的影响。结果表明,齿轮修形可以使行星轮系传递误差及功率损失更小,进入及退出啮合时的接触应力变化更平缓,行星轮载荷分配更均匀。
Taking the planetary gear train of a certain type of helicopter reducer as an example,this paper studies the effect of gear modification on the transmission error,contact stress,power loss and load distribution of planetary gear trains under consideration of processing and assembly tolerances.The results show that the gear modification can make the planetary gear train transmission error and power loss smaller,the contact stress changes more smoothly when entering and exiting engagement,and the planetary wheel load distribution is more uniform.
