摘要
从以往各种数控大赛的命题情况来看,零件的结构较为复杂,而且精度要求高。比赛中,对零件精度的控制与时间节奏的把握,决定着一个零件的合格与否。因此合理选择加工工艺与编程方法是选手获胜的关键。文中以2016年山东大赛样题为例,通过对零件结构与精度的分析研究,合理选择工艺与编程方法,从而达到成品零件的理想效果。
Taking the sample question of 2016 Shandong CNC Lathe Contest as an example,the structure and precision of the parts are studied,and the process and programming methods are selected reasonably so as to achieve the ideal effect of the finished parts.
