单波纹弹簧油箱制造工艺研究

摘要 弹性支撑结构是水轮发电机推力部分经常采用的支撑结构,为提高水轮发电机弹性支撑结构的稳定性,从提高单波纹弹簧油箱的产品质量做起,通过对单波纹弹簧油箱的加工、焊接等工艺的研究,有效提高弹簧油箱的单件加工、装配、焊接等各环节质量,促进弹性支撑结构在大中小型机组及蓄能机组上的普遍应用。 The elastic support structure is a frequently used support structure for the thrust part of a hydroelectric generator.In order to improve the stability of the hydro-generator's elastic support structure,the process of machining,welding and other processes of single corrugated spring oil tanks are analyzed to effectively improve the quality of processing,assembly,and welding of the spring tank.This promotes the universal application of elastic support structures in large,medium and small units and energy storage units.
