摘要
对浪轮主体零件的加工工艺进行分析、讨论,提出利用车、铣、四轴加工中心进行加工,给出了四轴加工的夹具,合理编排加工工艺、装夹方式。经过实际加工表明,该加工工艺有效减小零件在传统三轴机床加工时所产生的累计误差,确保零件的形位精度;减少零件在多次装夹所使用的夹具数量及装夹时间,有效提高生产效率。
This paper analyzes the processing process of wave wheel body parts by using turning,milling,4-axis machining center,which includes reasonable processing craft and clamping fixture.Actual processing shows that the processing technology can effectively reduce the accumulative error of this parts produced in the traditional 3-axis machine tool processing,and ensure parts form and position accuracy.The fixture number and clamping time of parts in multiple clamping are reduced.Production efficiency is improved.
