摘要
论述了机车返厂进行年度检修时加工复合传感器安装型孔的加工方案,即在保证设计要求及质量的前提下,合理使用标准磁力钻组合专用钻模及刀具进行加工的方法。该加工方法减少了加工周期,简化了加工流程、取消了部分物流转运,大幅降低了制造成本,提高了检修效率。
This paper discusses the processing scheme for machining complex sensor-mounted holes when the locomotive is returned to the factory for annual maintenance.Under the premise of ensuring the design requirements and quality,the standard magnetic drill and special drilling jig and cutter are used for processing.This processing method reduces the processing cycle,simplifies the processing flow,eliminates part of the logistics work,greatly reduces the manufacturing cost,and improves the overhaul efficiency.
