摘要
汾西矿业中兴煤矿可采煤层有2#、4#、5#、6#、8#、9#煤层,现开采2#煤层,为了解决上组煤瓦斯治理难题,通过分析底抽巷的优越性,结合矿井实际确定了底抽巷布置方案,并从支护成本、瓦斯治理效果、服务年限和掘进效率等方面进行了分析比较,认为底抽巷布置在4#煤层下10 m左右的砂质泥岩中对上组煤工作面开采瓦斯治理更为合理,并针对布置的层位优化巷道支护参数,保证了底抽巷施工的安全。
There are 2#、4#、5#、6#、8#、9#coal seams in Zhongxing Colliery,Fenxi Mining Industry Group,and now 2#coal seam is being mined.In order to solve the problem of gas control,the author analyzed the advantage of ground suction roadway,determined the layout scheme of ground suction roadway combined with the actual situation of the mine,Considering the aspects of support cost,gas control effect,service life and tunneling efficiency,the author thinks that the ground suction roadway arranged in the sandy mudstone of about 10 m below 4#coal seam is more reasonable for the gas control of the upper coal face,and optimizes the roadway support parameters aiming at the arranged layer,which guarantees the safety of the construction.
