摘要
分析了同煤集团同发东周窑煤业8101工作面CO浓度超限原因,使用煤层超前注水措施湿润煤体,降低煤体温度,增加煤体热容,并在打钻和静压注水劈裂阶段提前释放煤体吸附的瓦斯,以极低的工程强度和经济投入对煤层自燃、瓦斯超限、煤尘超限等矿井灾害的起到良好控制。
The causes for CO concentration overrun in 8101 face,Tongfadongyao Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,Datong Coal Mine Group has been analyzed in the paper.Measures of coal seam advanced water injection has been taken to wet coal body,reduce coal body temperature and increase coal body heat capacity,the gas absorbed by the coal body has been released in advance during the drilling and static pressure water splitting stage.Practice proves that mine disasters such as coal mine spontaneous combustion,gas overrun and coal dust overrun,etc.has been controlled with very low engineering intensity and economic input.
