摘要
利用仿真分析软件对ZF13000/21/40型放顶液压支架进行仿真分析,介绍了液压支架的工作原理,并通过分析液压支架的工作原理,建立液压支架的三维模型,利用有限元仿真软件对液压支架在扭转和偏移工况下顶梁和底座的应力分布进行分析,根据分析应结果对液压支架提出合理的结构优化建议,为改善液压支架结构和提高工作性能提供参考。
By analyzing the working principle of the hydraulic support,the author established a three-dimensional model of the hydraulic support,used the finite element simulation software to analyze the stress distribution of the top beam and the base of the hydraulic support under torsional and deflection conditions.According to the results of the analysis,he also proposed a reasonable structure optimization proposal for the hydraulic support,which provided a reference for improving the structure of the hydraulic support and improving the working performance.
