摘要 为确定潞安集团潞宁煤业24102工作面大跨度切眼的合理支护参数,分析巷道顶板受力情况,建立力学模型,认为巷道顶板挠度与巷道跨度有着直接关系,跨度越大,顶板挠度越大;利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,分析不同成巷方式下切眼围岩塑性破坏情况,确定合理的成巷方式;最后通过工程类比、理论计算和数值模拟相结合的方法,确定切眼支护方案,为矿井今后类似条件下切眼支护设计提供理论依据。 In order to determine the reasonable supporting parameters of the large-span cut of the 24102 working face of Luining Coal Mining Group,the paper analyzes the stress of the roof of the roadway and establishes the mechanical model.It is considered that the roof deflection has a direct relationship with the roadway span,the greater the span,the bigger the roof deflection.Using FLAC3Dnumerical simulation software,the paper also analyzes the plastic failure of surrounding rock under different roadway modes,and determines the reasonable roadway mode.Finally,the paper uses the combination of engineering analogy,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation to determine the eye-cut support scheme,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of cut-eye support under similar conditions in the mine.
