合金化板抗粉化性能分析及优化生产

Analysis of Powdering Resistance of Alloying Sheet and Its Optimization Production

摘要 合金化板抗粉化性能是衡量合金化板成型性能的重要指标,分析了Zn-Fe中间相结构、钢基化学成分以及锌液Al含量、温度、锌层厚度、平均Fe含量等Fe-Zn合金化条件对镀层的成型性的影响。采取相应的优化改进措施后,基本解决了高强IF钢合金化不均的问题,生产的Fe-Zn合金化热镀锌板抗粉化性能优于2级比例超过90%。 Powdering resistance of alloying sheet is an important index for measuring the forming performance of the alloying sheet.The effects of Zn-Fe mesophase structure,chemical composition of steel base,Al content of zinc solution,temperature,thickness of zinc layer and average Fe content on the formability of the coating were analyzed.After the corresponding optimization and improvement measures were taken,the problems of the alloying uneven of high-strength IF steel were basically solved.The qualified rate of powdering resistance of Fe-Zn alloyed galvanized sheet was over 90%.
