The composition and design principle of single pass system are introduced and optimized.The optimized ellipse-round-roundround pass system and rolling parameter design are introduced.The rolling program table is reworked out.The production proved that the rolling process is stable,the middle pass section size is well controlled,the dimension accuracy of the finished product is±0.10 mm,and the ovality is not more than 0.12 mm.
