摘要
高炉冷却水热负荷在线监测系统主要是针对红1 350m^3高炉风口中套、风口小套、冷却壁等重点部位的冷却水流量、温度进行监测。通过水温差、流量差等情况分析冷却壁、中小套的性能情况,通过数据分析判断设备的状况,在有可靠冷却面积数据的情况下可进行热流强度计算及分析,达到检漏维护和指导高炉生产操作的目的。
The online monitoring system for the heat load of the blast furnace cooling water is mainly to monitor the cooling water flow and temperature of the key parts of the tuyere,the tuyere and the cooling wall of the 1350m3 blast furnace of Honghe iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,and analyze the performance of the cooling wall and the medium and small sleeves through the water temperature difference and the difference of the flow rate.According to the analysis and judgement of the condition of the equipment,the calculation and analysis of the heat flow strength can be carried out in the case of reliable cooling area data,so as to achieve the purpose of leak detection and maintenance and guidance for the operation of the blast furnace.
