摘要
国际化经营是企业总体战略范畴,是企业在成熟期的发展路径选择。采用实证分析方法,依据公开资料,剖析国内钢铁企业钢材出口、铁矿石资源开发、核心资产获得、钢铁制造合作和工程建设承包等五种国际化经营模式,介绍马钢、河钢、中钢海外发展实践和战略意义。结合新时代国内钢铁企业面临的发展机遇,提出企业开展国际化经营要做到五个"坚持",即坚持创新驱动、坚持战略引领、坚持价值提升、坚持人才支撑和坚持风险防控,以及内容要点。
Internationalization management belongs to the conception of enterprise general strategy,being the development path selection during the mature period of enterprise.Empirical method is used to analyze domestic iron and steel enterprises’five internationalization management modes with steel products export,iron ore exploration,core assets gain,steel made cooperation and engineering construction basing on the public information.The overseas development practices and strategic meaning of MG,HG and ZHG are introduced.With combination of development opportunities faced by domestic iron and steel enterprises in new era,five“persistence”and their meanings are given,namely:persisting innovation-drive,persisting strategy-lead,persisting value-promotion,persisting talents-support and persisting risk-control.
