丹红注射液联合西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果观察

Curative effect observation of Danhong injection combined with western medicine on treatment of UAP

目的:探讨丹红注射液结合西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察。方法:回顾性分析以往我院75例心绞痛患者临床资料,按不同疗法分组,对照组常规西药治疗,研究组在此基础上联合使用丹红注射液,对比两组用药前后发病状态,各项血液指标变化,疗效及不良反应。结果:两组治疗后临床症状持续时间及发作频率得到显著改善,研究组用药后临床指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);用药后两组PAG、TCHO、hs-CRP水平显著优于治疗前,研究组各项检验指数显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率与不良反应总发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:不稳定型心绞痛常规西药治疗同时使用丹红注射液,改善血小板聚集,稳定临床症状,不良反应较少,疗效显著,临床可拓展运用。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Danhong injection combined with western medicine on treatment of UAP.Methods:75 cases with UAP in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to treatment methods.The control group was given routine western medicine,and the observation group was given Danhong injection combined with western medicine,ill condition,blood indexes changes,curative effect,adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,clinical symptoms duration,seizure frequency of the two groups were improved,clinical indexes of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,PAG,TCHO,hs-CRP level of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment,and each inspection index of the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);total efficiency and adverse reaction rate of the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Danhong injection combined with western medicine on treatment of UAP can improve platelet aggregation,stable clinic symptoms,lower adverse reactions,it has significant curative effect and is worthy of wide application.
