甲泼尼龙片治疗老年间质性肺疾病的价值

An analysis of clinical value of Methylprednisolone tablets in elderly patients with interstitial lung disease

目的:探究老年间质性肺疾病使用甲泼尼龙片治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年3月~2016年2月入选的66例患者,分为观察组和对照组,各33例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组常规治疗并给予甲泼尼龙片进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率94%高于对照组的69.7%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年间质性肺炎使用甲泼尼龙片不仅可以改善肺功能,还可以使治疗有效率提高,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Methylprednisolone tablets in elderly patients with interstitial lung disease.Method:66 elderly patients with interstitial lung disease treated from March 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected.The subjects were divided into two groups,33 cases each group.The control group took the conventional therapy;on the basis,the observation group took the Methylprednisolone tablets.The clinical effect for two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate for observation group(94%)was significantly higher than control group(69.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with interstitial lung disease,the Methylprednisolone tablets can improve the patient’s pulmonary function and the clinical effective rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
